Welcome to Investor Network Collective ("INC"). By accessing or participating in the INC Discord community (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms.
INC is a peer-to-peer educational community for EB-5 investors. INC does NOT provide investment, immigration, tax, or legal advice. Nothing posted in the Service, by any member, moderator, or admin, constitutes professional advice or a recommendation.
You are solely responsible for your own decisions. Consult licensed attorneys, financial advisors, and qualified professionals for guidance on your specific situation. Do not rely on community discussion as a substitute for professional counsel.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, INC and its admins, moderators, organizers, and other members are NOT liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or other damages arising from your use of the Service or from information shared within it. You agree to hold them harmless from any such claims.
INC reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to remove any member at any time — regardless of payment status — for:
Members designated as Professionals (any Pro subtype: Attorney, Regional Center representative, Agent, Broker, or Service Provider) MUST disclose any financial or professional incentive relevant to the topics they engage in. Disclosures must be posted in the designated #pros-directory channel within 7 days of joining. Failure to disclose is grounds for removal without refund.
Subscriptions are paid through LaunchPass; the refund policy follows LaunchPass terms. Removal for cause does not entitle the member to a refund.
